8 October 2016
The VDS invites you to a Communication Workshop on Saturday 8 October 2016, at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham.
This will be an opportunity for everyone to swap stories, good and bad, about life after qualifying. Hopefully you have managed to avoid the worst of the sort of incident described in your VDS talk in Final Year. There will be much to learn from your collective experience. Let’s hear about the challenging experiences you have encountered in practice. There will be expertise on hand to help you find solutions.
You need to attend the Workshop to qualify for the dinner, which counts as 7 hours CPD. Your boss should have already read about it in a letter from VDS but in case not, just ask us for another copy as a reminder that you need the time off.

THE REUNION DINNER
After the Workshop, dinner in the evening will be at the Yew Lodge Hotel, Kegworth. A great opportunity to carry on where you left off, a year or so ago. Don’t forget, you can bring a partner. Your pre-booked dinner tickets will be given to you at the end of the Workshop.
