Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Veterinary Defence Society Limited (VDS) 4 Haig Court, Parkgate Industrial Estate, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8XZ.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must be Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) or Student Veterinary Nurses.
• Employees of the VDS and its group companies, their families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must provide feedback on the current edition of the VDS RVN Newsletter by scanning the QR code linked here. 
• All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 30 November 2025.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a free place on the Confident Vet Nurse (CVN) online programme, provided by VDS Training Services Limited. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
• VDS reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
• The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the VDS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the VDS Privacy Policy. 

7. General

• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• VDS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The decision of the VDS regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
