Communicating as a Team tackles some of the common problems in practice, such as

  • ineffective communication between practice and client, and between practices
  • failures with record keeping
  • follow-up visits,
  • telephone messages

Past experience has demonstrated that the practices which benefit most from these seminars are those which can send representatives from all sectors of the practice team. Although the case scenarios have a small animal bias, the content is relevant to all types of practice.
