It's easier than ever to have your say
We've made it simpler than ever for VDS members to take part in this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM). Your voice shapes the future of the Society, so it's important that you have your say on the things that matter. Your vote on the election and re-election of Board members and how we govern your Society will help shape the future of the VDS and make sure that we're doing the right thing for our members across the UK and ROI. Our AGM will take place on Wednesday 24 September 2025. This year, we’re pleased to introduce an advanced online voting platform, giving members an additional, convenient way to take part. Advanced online voting will be available from week commencing 11 August and will close on 22 September, 2.15pm. In August 2025, eligible members will receive an email or letter from our secure third-party provider, Mi-Voice, with everything you need to view the AGM documents and cast your vote online. All in one place, in just a few clicks. Please note, if you do not receive any further communications, it might be that we require some additional details from you. Please contact Mi-Voice at +44 (0) 2380 763 987 or email support@mi-voice.com - the Mi-Voice team will be happy to help. We look forward to your participation and your continued support in shaping the future of our organisation. One simple step to vote
